The LLM International Dispute Resolution with Professional Skills offers students the opportunity to develop key practical skills in arbitration. Students on this programme undertake an intensive summer school course, followed by a simulated practical exercise and submission of an extended piece of writing. As well as first rate teaching from our academic staff, you will be taught by international arbitrators and practitioners of the highest repute.
The School has Recognised Course Provider (RCP) status from the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in connection with this programme. Students who successfully complete this programme are thus exempt from some or all of the academic requirements for membership of the CIArb.

- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Our minimum entry requirement for this programme is a degree at 2:2 (lower second class) UK Honours level (or a degree from a non-UK institution which is judged by the University to be of equivalent worth).
A score of 50 - 70% from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.2
