You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with our Tourism and Events Research Hub, which is committed to furthering research in this expanding and ever-evolving sector.
The Foundation Year gives you experience of applying what you study to the solution of real-world problems. In this way, it gives you the necessary skills for further academic study, inquiry and problem-solving, and helps you become an independent learner.

- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
- Successful completion of standard 12 th with 60% average and one further year of study.
FOR BANGLADESH
- Polytechnic Diploma (BTEB) with a final grade of at least 65%
- Bachelor of Arts, Science or Commerce (Pass) awarded after 3 years of study with a minimum final grade of at least 60% or a GPA of 3.0/4.0
FOR PAKISTAN
- Intermediate Certificate/Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) - Students from Pakistan having completed school level education only will be expected to take IFC or IFY pathways as appropriate
- 2-year Bachelor of Arts/Science/Commerce (Pass) from an HEC accredited institution with a minimum final grade of at least 60%/First Class
- 3-year Bachelor of Arts/Science/Commerce (Honours) from an HEC accredited institution with a minimum final grade of at least 60%/First Class
- Bachelor of Technology (Pass) from an HEC accredited institution with a minimum final grade of at least 60%/First Class.
FOR NEPAL
For entry into Year 1 of Bachelor's degrees (Level 4), you will typically need to have one of the following:
- a recognised International Foundation course from a UK institution following a validated UK syllabus. Entry requirements vary but we normally ask for between 60% and 65%<
- British Board A Levels or IB Diploma.
