Precision Agricultural Engineering, BSc
Unique in Hungary and Europe, the training includes, in addition to the basic agricultural knowledge, the knowledge of precision agriculture, agricultural digitalisation, the application and operation of precision agricultural equipment, info-communication tools, geoinformatics, data collection and data management, knowledge of the use of software in agriculture, knowledge of agricultural robotics, the basics of operating agricultural drones, knowledge of precision farming technology, the principles, structure, and operation of precision farming advisory systems.

Undergraduates may find employment in small, medium and large agricultural enterprises, in agricultural integrators, service and trading companies, in consultancy networks, in professional organisations, in educational institutions and research institutes.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- high school certificate; entrance examination in mathematics, chemistry or biology (written and oral).
- Certificate or proof of citizenship and/or permanent residence (e.g. passport).
- Short Resume/CV (personal details, educational background, work experience, language skills, additional skills).
- Medical Certificate.

In the case of Applicants applying to any of the Non-Medical Programs, whose first language is not English, proof of English language proficiency; having an IELTS/TOEFL language certificate is not a compulsory requirement. The applicant can prove his/her English proficiency in other ways, such as by other language certificates, good GED, SAT, ACT results. If the language of instruction during your studies for your previous degree was English, you may upload an official certificate about this fact, issued by your school/university; in this case no language exam is required. We can also conduct an online interview during your application to assess your English communication skills.

In case of non-medical applicants to foundation or undergraduate programs, the study gap cannot be longer than 4 years. In case of applicants holding the Bangladeshi or Pakistani nationality the study gap cannot be longer than 2 years.
