MSc User Experience (UX) Design

Our MSc in User Experience (UX) Design is a unique postgraduate offering that stands as the sole MSc programme dedicated to UX in Cyprus. Tailored for students with diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to computer science, design, digital media, and web development, this programme caters to both technical and non-technical disciplines. Students of the course will engage in an immersive learning experience gaining profound theoretical knowledge and enhancing essential UX skills through rigorous testing, analysis, and evaluation, as well as developing their understanding of the personal and social effects of interactive technology. 

The hands-on approach fosters creative thinking, problem-solving, and prototyping, providing students with practical experiences that complement theoretical frameworks. The programme emphasises leveraging modern technologies to craft meaningful, disruptive, and transformative user experiences, blending industry insights with academic knowledge, and advocating best practices. 

Guided by academic experts specialising in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Web Design, User Interface Design, Artificial Intelligence and Web Development, students will embark on UX applied research while also developing skills in applying design principles, understanding data collection, and mastering analysis and evaluation techniques for both qualitative and quantitative data. During their postgraduate journey, students will have the chance to build a comprehensive portfolio of low and high-fidelity digital prototypes rooted in research problems and industry challenges.
