Why Earn Your Master’s in Medical/Healthcare Simulation at New York Tech?
Medical and healthcare simulations are essential for training and assessing clinical staff, improving outcomes, enhancing performance, and ensuring safety. From hospital-based simulation programs to freestanding simulation hospitals, these simulations play a crucial role in the industry.

Our two-year Medical/Healthcare Simulation, M.S. program, completed almost entirely online, provides a solid foundation for anyone interested in designing and running these critical simulation programs. Your coursework covers adult learning theory, case design, assessment and exam design, simulation research fundamentals, basic human anatomy/physiology and radiology, and the management of a simulation center.

In addition to online coursework, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience by spending a week at NYITCOM’s high-fidelity simulation lab on our Long Island campus. Here, you’ll apply your knowledge by designing and running simulation programs utilizing standardized patients, mannequins, and task trainers.
