Certification in Director of Parish Music
The Director of Parish Music (DPM) program uses music of all forms and times while drawing on the rich liturgical tradition of the Lutheran church in the leadership and enhancement of the worship of the Church. The DPM program helps men and women serve God and God’s gathered people through the gift of music. The Director of Parish Music will be active in worship planning, while equipping, leading, and teaching others in worship and music. A DPM program entails a core of academic work in Lutheran theology, its own curriculum in music and music education, and a supervised fieldwork experience.

PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Concordia has a test-optional admissions policy, and thus, applicants are not required to submit ACT or SAT scores as part of the admissions process.
Applicants are still welcome to send official scores (writing test not required) to CSP, but they will not be required for admission.
