Some have chosen to move directly into working with vulnerable people within the NHS, adult and children’s social care services, while others have progressed into strategic management and leadership positions to develop improved services for individuals, families and communities.
The course will also give you a firm foundation of knowledge if you would like to specialise in areas such as social work, nursing, teaching and therapies in future.
PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
- Students with a minimum average of 65% in the Standard XII/Intermediate/Higher Secondary Examination can typically be considered for direct entrance to Bachelor degree programmes
- Students with a minimum score of 60% in the Certificate of General Nursing and Midwifery from State Nursing Boards or Councils can be considered for entrance to the second year of a related degree programme.
English
- Academic or UKVI IELTS no older than 2 years and must meet the requirement of the course of study.
- Cambridge IGCSE English with Grade C
- Completion of UK degree in the UK within the past two years.
For most of our programmes at bachelors degree level and above, you will normally need an IELTS score of between 6.0 and 7.0 with a pre-requisite minimum score in all areas. (speaking, reading, writing and listening). We will accept one of the alternative equivalent qualifications below:

TOEFL iBT Overall score of 79 - 100 (with specific minimum score requirements for each component)

Michigan English Assessment Battery (MELAB)
