Internships and Placements
Get ahead in the world of work with an industrial placement. Thanks to our strong business partnerships and cutting-edge applied research activities, we can offer you a wide variety of opportunities from short internships to year-long paid placements. More than half of our undergraduate programmes offer placements as part of the degree. See the progression tables on pages 39 and 43 to find out which degrees you can progress to that offer a placement.

• 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)

Entry Requirements

Bangladesh

2 year Master's degree plus a 2 year Bachelor Degree successfully completed a Bachelor (Honours) degree of at least three years duration, followed by a Masters degree of one or two years duration. Degrees must be from a recognised institution in Bangladesh

India

3 year Bachelor Degree

60%* *Exceptions (Prestigious Universities): University of Delhi/Kolkata/Pune require 55%+

International Qualifications

- XII standard at 70% or higher

All entry requirements listed here should be used as a guide and represent the minimum required to be considered for entry. Applicants who are made a conditional offer of a place may be asked to achieve more than is stated.

Typical Entry Requirements
UK first-class or second-class honours degree (or equivalent).

However, each application is considered on an individual basis. If applicants do not have the typical academic entry qualifications, but can demonstrate relevant work experience and/or credits from recognised professional bodies, they may be eligible to enter this programme via the University's Recognition of Prior Learning

English language
Academic IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 5.5.
