CERTIFICATE III IN PATISSERIE

Then patisserie is for you!
The Certificate III in Patisserie provides you with the practical cookery skills and knowledge required to work safely in a commercial patisserie environment.
As well as the practical skills, you will also learn the skills needed to work effectively and safely as part of a team. These critical skills include:
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Conflict resolution
- Hygiene
- Time management
The course is made up of classroom-based education as well as practical training in our on-campus patisserie kitchens. These kitchens are equipped with commercial equipment like mixers, bakery ovens and provers. You will be assessed through written tests, assignments and practical tasks.
This course is a pathway to the Certificate IV in Patisserie.

- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years

Must be at least 18 years of age
English language evidence exemptions
- English proficiency of Advanced level or EAP 1 - 2 from Academia International - Pass with an average of 60% or higher
- Passing Academia International’s Placement test. Pass with an average of 85% (with a minimum of 85% for speaking)
- Senior Secondary Certificate of Education completed in Australia
- Certificate IV or higher completed in Australia
- Completing tertiary studies in the medium of English
- Evidence of at least 5 years of studies in an English speaking country (Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, United States of America, South Africa, Republic of Ireland)
- If English is the student’s first language
