Property developers plan and carry out the purchase, development and sale of new or existing properties. The Bachelor of Construction (Property Development) gives you an insight into the process of developing a property - from initial concept to project completion and sale. Gain an understanding of the valuation, financing and management of property and property portfolios, learn to identify and develop project opportunities, become familiar with construction practice, procurement tendering, property and contract law and administration, sustainable design, and design management.

PSW Opportunity
- During study, all students on a student visa can work up to 20 hours per week during semester and full time during vacations.
- After completing Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification, a student will get a three years open post-study work visa.
- After completing Level 8 Post Graduate courses of 1 year, students get 1 year PSW.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
- All India Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent with
- with passes of 70% in 4 academic subjects.
FOR BANGLADESH
- Successful completion of 1 year of tertiary study or 3 A Levels average or IB 25+
FOR NEPAL
- Proficiency Certificate with a grade average of 80%
FOR SRI LANKA
- Sri Lankan GCE A Levels with 3 passes in relevant subjects.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age when they begin their studies
English Language Requirements :
- An equivalent of IELTS (Academic) with minimum band scores of 6.0 with no individual band lower than 5.5 from one test taken in the preceding two years,
