CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MSC

The course can be studied full-time, part-time on campus, or part-time by online distance learning. Admission onto the course is in September or January. The master's award consists of eight taught modules followed by a Research Methods module and Dissertation. The PgDip requires the completion of the eight taught modules. The PgCert requires the completion of four taught modules.

FULL-TIME STUDY
You will study four 15 credit taught modules in each of your first two trimesters, these are designed to give you the core knowledge required in construction management. In the final trimester, you will undertake a dissertation worth 60 credits.

PSW Opportunity

  • 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
  • 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Postgraduate

Holders of a three or four-year bachelor's degree with an overall average of 55% from a recognized institution, or 50% plus any relevant work experience, or additional, relevant qualifications will be considered for postgraduate study.

For postgraduate courses, we require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or equivalent
