The 3A Bachelor is a 3 years education program and offers this third year fully taught in English in International Operations Management, students arrive in the third year of the Bachelor directly. Upon completion of the 3A Bachelor, students obtain a French Ministry of Higher Education degree, which opens doors to many career and graduate studies opportunities.

3A’s Bachelor provides students with a unique combination of theoretical and practical skills. Students learn to design, develop, implement, and manage International operations.

The program’s Year 3, accessible if students have attained second-year university levels, deals with acquiring fundamental skills in administrative management, finance, human resource management and marketing while emphasizing a strong international, cultural and accountable dimension.

3A’s pedagogical project has several objectives:

• Mastering the know-how and methods linked to the Management Sciences in order to fully understand how organizations function (companies, non-profits, NGOs, etc.).
• Acquire knowledge linked to international stakes and interculturism in order to better comprehend the environment of organizations.
• Gain professional experience in the business world, thanks to end-of-the-year internships.
• Learning to do differently by integrating social and ethical values.
• Taking an interest in solidarity through a commitment to others.
