Bachelor of Communication (Business) / Bachelor of Laws
The Bachelor of Communication (Business) gives students knowledge in marketing, advertising, organisational behaviour and communication. Students specialise further by combining a major in Marketing with a major from one of seven areas: Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Communication Studies, Journalism, Multimedia, Advertising or Social Media. The Bachelor of Laws prepares students for a career as a legal professional, both within Australia and overseas.
It provides students with a thorough grounding in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects, including the option of completing a specialisation. An integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the degree and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practice of law. The Bachelor of Laws provides an engaging learning experience that challenges students academically and prepares them practically for a legal career.

- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
- All Indian Secondary School Certificate (AISSC) or Indian School Certificate (ISC) - minimum 65% average in the best four subjects.
Minimum 70% average in the best four subjects for the following State Board Secondary Education exit awards:
- Intermediate Certificate from the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education
- Pre University Certificate from the Karnataka Board of Pre-University Education
- Higher Secondary certificate form the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education
- Higher Secondary certificate from the Tamil Nadu Board of Higher Secondary Education
- Intermediate Certificate from the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education
