Practice-oriented teaching

An obligatory practical semester in every bachelor's course as well as numerous project and final theses are core features of the application reference.聽Around 600 students study in cooperation with one of the numerous dual partners.聽Seminar-like teaching formats in small groups and a variety of internships enable individual support for the students.

Academic training

In order to take account of the increasing pace of innovation and the rapid increase in knowledge in all professional fields, the Technical University of Ingolstadt has made academic further education a central concern.聽Founded in 2008, the聽Institute for Academic Continuing Education (IAW)聽brings together all of the university's academic continuing education activities and offers a large number of events and courses under this umbrella.聽

THI graduates are well prepared for the export-oriented economy.聽Every second THI graduate has already gained international experience by the time they complete their studies.聽150 partner universities offer students a wide range of opportunities for a stay abroad.聽Each course contains English-language modules, ten purely English-language courses are currently being offered.聽The diversity and internationality can be experienced up close on the THI campus.
