University of La Verne
The University of La Verne is a private not-for-profit university located in La Verne, California, United States, about 35 miles east of Los Angeles.
Founded in 1891, the university is composed of the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business and Public Management, the LaFetra College of Education, the College of Health and Community Well-Being, and the College of Law, eight regional campuses throughout Southern California, and robust online offerings. Scholastic opportunities abound, thanks to more than 50 undergraduate programs, more than 20 master鈥檚 degrees, five doctorates, and six credential programs.
Across all of the colleges, La Verne鈥檚 approximately 6,000 traditional age and adult learners help make the federally-designated Hispanic-Serving Institution one of the most diverse universities in the nation. Nearly half of the traditional undergraduates are first-generation students 鈥� the first in their immediate families to attend college. More than 70 percent of University of La Verne students receive some form of financial aid.
The university is also a pioneer in adult education, offering accelerated programs for adult learners at the La Verne Campus, regional campuses, and online.

Bakersfield
The University of La Verne Bakersfield Campus supports the academic goals of students in Kern County through quality degree programs in business, education, and more. Whether you enroll in an associate, bachelor鈥檚, or master鈥檚 program, you will gain a career-focused education that prepares you to be a major contributor in your workplace and community. Flexible scheduling, including evening and Saturday classes, allows you to work as you complete your degree while small classes encourage close relationships between faculty and students. The campus is located in the scenic Park at River Walk, close to retail establishments, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Burbank
The University of La Verne鈥檚 Burbank campus has served adult learners for more than 30 years, addressing the needs of working professionals and non-traditional students throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Irvine
The University of La Verne鈥檚 Irvine Campus expands educational opportunities into Orange County. The campus features five classrooms, a computer lab, three seminar rooms, and administrative offices. A dozen undergraduate and graduate degrees are offered here, from accounting to health administration.
La Verne Campus
Established in 1891, the La Verne Campus is the first and biggest of all of the University of La Verne locations. For more than 130 years, the La Verne Campus has been serving the communities of the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire by offering programs in education, business, public management, arts and sciences, and health and well-being. The La Verne Campus also manages extended education and professional development programs that allow students to continue developing their knowledge and skills with non-degree or non-credit courses.
Ontario
The University of La Verne鈥檚 Ontario Campus supports the academic goals of working adults in the Inland Empire and nearby communities. This regional campus also operates multiple satellite programs at corporate and other sites throughout the east San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County.
Naval Base Ventura County
The University of La Verne has long realized the importance and value of educating military professionals transitioning to civilian life after serving our country. Our regional campus at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) offers degree completion and master鈥檚 programs at both Point Mugu and Port Hueneme for active duty members and their families, civilian contractors, and civil service personnel. Santa Clarita
